These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and QK222 ("QK222", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at qk222.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, accepting a bonus or placing any wager — whether on sports, casino games, live dealer tables or any other product — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

The following capitalised terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor or close relative of QK222 or any of its affiliated entities, unless written authorisation has been provided.
• You are not the registered holder of any other active Account on the Platform (one account per person is strictly enforced).
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have verified, independently and at your own cost, that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are operating.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify QK222 promptly of any changes.

QK222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document showing your full name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of digital wallet).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, QK222 may require evidence of the source of funds deposited or wagered.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. QK222 reserves the right to suspend Account activity pending the receipt and review of requested documents. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access the Platform through your Account.

All transactions and wagers placed using your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. QK222 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify QK222 immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. QK222 may temporarily suspend the Account pending an investigation.

QK222 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of any particular method may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Payment method names referenced on this Site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual reference only and do not imply that those providers endorse, support or are affiliated with QK222 or any gambling activity.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may be denominated in PKR or another supported currency.
• QK222 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.
• QK222 is not liable for any delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or system availability.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of your self-imposed deposit limit will be handled in accordance with the Responsible Gambling section of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your Account Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. QK222 reserves the right to request additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are between one and five business days, subject to verification status and payment provider timelines. QK222 does not guarantee same-day processing.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met before the Balance derived from those bonuses becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• QK222 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may extend processing time.

QK222 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. QK222 reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types may contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live dealer games and table games may each carry distinct contribution rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time.
• Abuse and Misuse: QK222 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion or other attempts to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.

QK222 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that accrued wagering progress at the time of amendment is not retroactively invalidated without reasonable cause.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots or otherwise. In addition, the following general rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed and binding only once a confirmation message is displayed and a reference number is issued. Bets not yet confirmed do not constitute a binding wager.
• QK222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were offered in error due to a technical or human fault.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game or bet settlement, QK222 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome from available data. Where this is not possible, the relevant bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum bet/win limits may apply per event, market or game type. These limits are displayed in the relevant section of the Platform.
• For sports markets — including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — settlement is based on the official result at the end of the relevant fixture or period, as determined by QK222's data providers. QK222's settlement decision is final subject to the disputes process in Clause 15.

QK222 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market or event. Products may be suspended or removed at any time without notice.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms. QK222 may, at its sole discretion, void bets, confiscate winnings, suspend or permanently close an Account and report relevant information to authorities where any of the following are detected:

• Opening more than one Account (including through the use of another person's details or a synthetic identity).
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary Users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, collusion with other Users or any form of sporting fraud.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting, facilitating or attempting to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Allowing, assisting or encouraging any person under the minimum age to access or use the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing QK222 staff, support agents or other Users.

QK222 is an adults-only platform. Access is restricted to users aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. QK222 takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously and provides the following tools within the Account area:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount a User may lose within a specified period, after which betting activity is automatically restricted.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session durations and on-screen reality-check prompts that notify Users of elapsed time and wager totals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent closure of an Account on request. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break from gambling, after which the Account automatically reopens.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code and data compilations — is the intellectual property of QK222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or game code forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, watermarks or copyright markings.

The QK222 name, logo and associated brand marks are trademarks of QK222. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited. Payment provider names (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) belong to their respective owners and are referenced on this Platform for contextual purposes only, with no affiliation, endorsement or partnership implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QK222 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks, force majeure events or factors outside QK222's reasonable control.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, prices or event data sourced from third-party data providers.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to keep Account credentials secure.
• Any legal or financial consequences arising from a User's participation in gambling in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

Where QK222's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount actually deposited by the User in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by QK222's negligence.

QK222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or cooling-off request from the Account holder.
• A regulatory, legal or law enforcement requirement to do so.
• Commercial or operational decision to withdraw service from a particular market.

Upon termination of an Account that is not subject to fraud or legal hold, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds not yet released through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform — including bet settlement, account activity, bonus terms or payment processing — please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the QK222 support team by email at [email protected] or via live chat. Include your Account username, the date and time of the disputed transaction and a clear description of the issue. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, aligned to Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5).
2. Step 2 — Acknowledgement: QK222 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a reference number for tracking purposes.
3. Step 3 — Investigation & Response: QK222 will investigate the matter and provide a substantive written response within ten business days. Complex cases may take longer, in which case QK222 will notify you of the expected timeline.
4. Step 4 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request that the matter be reviewed by a senior member of the QK222 compliance team. This request must be made within fourteen calendar days of receiving the initial response.

Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised within thirty calendar days of the relevant event's settlement date. QK222 will not consider disputes raised outside this window except in cases of manifest error or system fault attributable to QK222.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QK222 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through the complaints procedure set out in Clause 15.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. QK222 does not represent, warrant or imply that participation in online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific territory. Users are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

QK222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, QK222 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the posted effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 14.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. QK222 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform after any period of absence.
